「Overall our experience was good especially for the price. It was very clean. The people were nice. We did have a slight confusion on who was checking us in and which entrance we were to use this was all resolved quickly. Fortunately, we did need to get up early and get going. The street noise at 7am would have you out of bed regardless. The noise from the train wasn't an issue at all for us. Me and spouse would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone passing through. 」

「We booked a long weekend for July 4th 2025. We met our Air Force buddies/friends of 35 years! We came from Memphis, they came from Knoxville! It was a perfect weekend! Eagle’s Edge was well -appointed with everything we needed! We cooked breakfast all 3 mornings and grilled out 1 night! Beth was super communicative and shared tips about restaurants and activities! 「Lakeside property with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is still under construction but we didn't hear any construction noise. The lot is spacious, as is the house. For it to be a tiny house, it didn't seem so tiny for our family. Cozy and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There wasn't any laundry detergent so bring your own if you plan on doing laundry. We look forward to visiting this area again.」

「Feels like you’re camping but with the amenities of home. The tiny home was just big enough for our needs. The location is great! Downtown Tracy City with its County Museum and local bakery was fun. It was a short drive to beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls! One improvement would be to add some covered outdoor areas to eat meals as it was raining for much of the time we where there and hard to find a place for more than two people to eat indoors.」
