Great place to spend Christmas

We had such a lovely stay at this property. It was super clean, big enough for us to spread out, games for my daughter and an overall comfy and relaxed feel. Short walk to beach. So glad we found this spot!

Family get away

The photos do not do this property justice! The house is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and so did our fur babies. Beach is like a 5 minute walk up the road, shops 3 minute drive! Our only issue was we didn’t stay longer! We will defiantly be returning! :)

So close to beach

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for the whole family and a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk to the beach was excellent.

Fantastic for the family

Great modern house with everything we needed for our short stay. We banned the kids from bringing technology and were amazed to see them playing board games! Centrally located close to everything, we will be back.

Koala st 1 week stay

The overall house itself was nice and neat and roomy enough for the 7 of us that stayed for a weeks holiday BUT for the money we paid we were very disappointed in the following .. couches very old and grotty All mattresses were old, lumpy and stained No mention of only tank water usage! Air conditioning leaking so couldn’t use it ?! Rat in yard and ping pong table full of webs Pots and pans should be thrown out

Property was spacious and very comfortable for a family. Kitchen had everything you need and lots of it! The mattresses probably all need to be updated and property just needs a really good scrub and spring clean, including all the linen and hand towels, but otherwise it was just what we needed!

Just what we needed

Excellent place for that family and the dogs. Short stroll to the beach or the shops! If anything blinds in the lounge room that was converted to a bedroom need to be block out and an annoying neighbours dog woke us the first morning at 5am. Otherwise a gem

Light filled and spacious

This house has everything you need! The living area is full of natural light and is very spacious. The house was spotless upon arrival. Close enough to walk into Cowes. We really enjoyed our weekend away and will be back for sure!

Great family home & location

Koala was a perfect place for a family or group to stay in Cowes. House had everything you needed. It was short walk to shops and beach. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

Very good but could be better

A nice property with all mod cons but could be improved as follows: a small chest of drawers in bedroom 4 would be appreciated as there is no wardrobe in that room; A quiet kettle (the kettle made a noise that could be heard throughout the entire house); same with the dishwasher; and the $120 we paid for the linen was a complete rip off. We asked for linen for 4 beds and only 3 were supplied. And the only thing supplied was a top sheet thick enough to use as a blanket! This excessive charge (all linen could have been washed in the houses own washing machine for a few cents) was the only real complaint about our holiday.

In this current environment of covid 19 is not acceptable to arrive at in unclean house and then have to leave when the cleaners finally turn up.

Wonderful stay

The photos of this property don't do it justice. Its very roomy, we were a large group and never felt cramped. All creature comforts included, foxtel, wifi, wii for the kids, heaps of games - it really was a brilliant stay and we would all rebook in a heartbeat. Really close to beach. Quiet street. The cleaners left the place smelling terrific and very well cleaned. Thankyou for a great stay.

This is a fabulous property with plenty of room, 4 big bedrooms, a lovely big open, light filled family, dining and kitchen area and a big enclosed back yard for our dog to play. It's only a short walk to the beach and town centre.
