Tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper starter kits provided. Depending on the length of your stay may need to top up. A few basics in the cupboard. Washing powder under laundry trough. Please let me know if any of these run out so it can be replaced.
A few toys, kids books and games are available for your use.

A BBQ has been provided for your use. If the gas runs out and you are required to exchange the bottle, please keep your receipt for reimbursement. The Anchorage general store around the corner on Ventnor Road have exchange bottles along with service stations around the Island. Please clean after every use to maintain good quality for yourselves and others. If it has been used it must also be left clean, and if not a cleaning surcharge will apply.

You will have access to the House and the fully fenced yard.

Tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper starter kits are supplied. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests in your group you may need to top up also.

The keys are located in a key safe, the code will be provided a few days prior to arrival.

We live locally so if you have any queries prior to or throughout your stay please contact us immediately (reasonable hours of course) and we will endeavor to help where we can and as quickly as we can.

This is a pet friendly property. A scooper has been provided for your use so please clean up after your doggy or moggy :). Please bring bedding and food/water bowls.
Pets are allowed inside the house but NOT on the furniture or beds.

We prefer furniture etc to be left as it is, however if you feel you do need to move something around please ensure it is back where you found it prior to departure, thank you :).

It is recommended that the you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, death, damage, loss or cancellation of tenancy.
