This modern home is a great retreat that comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children in a brilliant location just minutes from the north coastline & boat ramp, Cowes town center, and other amazing attractions. Guests will love the home’s interior upgrades, spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, chic outdoor entertaining area, and quiet neighbourhood setting.
The Space:
Get a feel for what island living is all about when you stay at this newly built 4-bed/2-bath lux home. Situated in a family neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, the modern residence has an airy, open floor plan with upgraded kitchen/dining/living common area and relaxing bedrooms all styled with high-end design and meticulous attention to detail.
Enjoy easy group entertaining when serving from the richly outfitted kitchen with stainless appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, walk-in pantry, and bar seating with adjacent dining table. A large TV can easily be viewed from every spot in the room, including from a set of inviting couches with front row seats to the action.
Down time is easily found in the 4 bedrooms that warmly greet weary travelers and worn-out adventure seekers after a full day of fun. Three adult bedrooms have queen beds and BIRs for convenient storage, and the fourth is a kids-only bunk room specifically designed with the younger crowd in mind. The home’s 2 full baths are simply gorgeous with contemporary fixtures, glass shower cabins, and a classic soaking tub in the main ensuite that is all but guaranteed to soothe any care away.
The property’s contemporary vibe carries right through to the outdoors where a shady porch and fully fenced backyard offer more space to holiday in style.
