“Friendly & very helpful, very close to the main shops, cafes & clubs with easy access to all & onsite parking outside my room. I definitely recommend this property & would stay there again. ”

“I’m not sure how they manage a 9.5 out of 10. Noise from the highway and the air conditioning capacitor going on and off all night was not fun. But the black mould all over the ceiling in the bathroom was very off putting. Especially in a steam area I would feel very sorry for anyone with breathing problems. And whoever I gave my key to when I left was quite off handed. ”

“Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!”

The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and only a short drive to the Cowra Japanese Garden and local attractions.We especially appreciated how family-friendly the place was — spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly……

“This Property IS NOT ADVERTISED! We did not stay at the property as it was nothing like what we had paid for. We were unable to contact the owners of the property as their number was not connected. ”

“This was the perfect place for us to stay on our cycling trip. The setting is gorgeous and the cottage is clean, comfortable and really lovely. It contained everything we needed and more, loved the gesture of complimentary port and jam too. Highly recommend, and we hope to visit another time.”

“Isolated and very quiet. Lots of sheep surrounding the cottage. Very easy access to the Carcoar River Yarn Festival held that weekend.”
