「Linen sheets didn’t feel or look clean, black cotton from towels went everywhere on floor, room 3 smelt dusty. The advert shows front cottage but this was not a true reflection of our booking.
Priority is our hygiene and room is dust free」

「We have booked 4 nights. Yet, there is no information on their changing towels and room cleansing for every 7 nights until we asked them to clean the room. It was after bargain that they gave 2 more sets of towels for us to use.
The cleanliness had many rooms for improvement. The water boiler is dark in color, the kitchen floor is sticky, and most importantly, the cover of the toilet had some marks of stool.
We have booked the property 2 months in advanced and had tried to contact the...

「The property has the most wonderful views from its elevated position. The driveway is steep - but worth it. Imagine beautiful sunsets in front of a roaring fire on the deck in autumn - that’s what we got. (Not sure if the owners arranged the sunsets, but the fire & indoor wood burner were ready to light.)
Kitchen was stocked with choice of cereals plus milk & juice for breakfast plus other nice touches. There were many appliances & cookware options and a BBQ to boot.

「First impression needs to be improved (weeds in front yard, rot on posts, pealing paint). Home has a lot of charm but furnishings could be updated. Would be a good space for family who don't mind an outdated feel.」
