「This was our first holiday in Cornwall. We found a very nice holiday home. Is very quiet and close to the beach. Very clean and everything you needed was available. 「Lovely bolt hole for a few days away visiting various places in Cornwall by train and bus. Just a note to self, if we stayed another time I'd bring dry shampoo as the water pressure wasn't great for my hair. Also if you have a weak bladder, make sure you book 」

「What a beautiful apartment! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was a couple of mins walk. And was a joy to walk along every evening. We found the apartment well located to explore Cornwall. And it was a very short drive to Newquay for any supplies you need. Could not recommend more. The staff were delightful and helpful 」

It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. 「We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.」
