“Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.”

“It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used……

“My review may appear to be all over the place but that’s the way the hotel was. The room was clean and updated. We were on the side of the Interstate and there was some road noise, but we had a sound machine so we were fine. The check-in was fast and friendly. The pool was not open yet, bummer! The hallway needed a good carpet cleaning and didn’t smell great. Not a good first impression. The breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast with hot items. “Room was clean and spacious. Pool was heaviliy clorinated. Breakfast was not well stocked. My family and others waited awhile for it to be restocked.”

“We had a non-smoking room that smelled horrible of cigarette smoke with burn holes in the comforters. Stuff splattered on walls and toilet seat not completely clean. Staff was friendly, though. They came and mopped our floor with dirty water they had been using in all the other rooms. Would be a nice hotel if the rooms didn’t stink and they did a little better cleaning.”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”

“The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. ”

“Very few dishes and only 1 fork. Had to stop at dollar tree and buy some glasses. Good ice maker and full size fridge. No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person. My husband stopped by front desk and requested a couple new ones (our were soaked after multiple uses) but they didn't have any clean ones so they said they would bring some and never did. “Had to ask for a shower curtain, the TV did not work and they couldn't fix it, the bathroom floor was wet in the morning, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, the bathroom door had initials carved in it, but other than that it was great.”
