This property is right on the water at Shell Point beach, usually a very calm,shallow body of water that seems great for fishing and playing with family members. I highly recommend this setting fora retreat of your own, or for a family vacation!

Beautiful views, great fishing, very nice and clean condo! The only con is a lot of steps but if you’re young you won’t mind. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Super close to water this is on the bay.

Very quiet clean and comfortable not your place if you are a in water person. Apparently there are water condition issues here frequently they are posted at the bathhouse. But for water view and relaxing cannot be beat.

Everything we could ask for for a relaxing week at the beach. The condo is right at the water. You literally just walk down to it. The stars at night time is amazing. The condo was clean, with everything you need for cooking simple meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely people around too. The owner is super responsive to our questions. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitively come back if we are in the same area again!

The perfect slice of heaven. With the water just a few foot steps away from the back door this place has everything you need for a quiet weekend getaway! Dolphins and manatees just 10 yards from the shore, all while, enjoying the view from one of three back decks! Owners were perfect, weekend wete perfect, views were perfect.

The condo is right beside water! The condo is up to date and decorated so perfectly. The master bedroom is large and bed is comfortable. Nice walk in shower. The pots and pans are in excellent condition and dishes are so pretty. It is probably the cleanest place we have ever rented! The host reached out to us on day one and was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay with this host again on our next trip to Shell Point, FL.

This was just what we wanted. Very quiet and peaceful. If you're looking to party this is not your place. If you are looking to unwind and slow down, this is the place you want to go. The property was very well stocked. Had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and a grill outside. We will be back.

If you want to experience the "not-crazy, no-spring-break, non-tourist", side of Florida, this property is for you. The townhouse is right on the beach, and waking up to the quiet sound of waves breaking on the beach was so relaxing.The property itself is wonderful; clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It is on a dead-end of a quiet street, sitting right on the beach. There are two decks to enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, the second floor off the main living area, and the third floor off the master bedroom. We loved having breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean.If you want peaceful vacation with a ton of nature-related activities, this is for you. My wife and I had a wonderful time of rest and recharging. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the ideal location for an isolated getaway. The location is right on the Gulf of Mexico , just South of Crawfordville. There is a Public beach within walking distance and there is your own private beach at your "back door". There is a Boat Rental place within easy quick driving range just down the street.. The Condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. All one needs do is bring in their own food. The fridge and cooking appliances are modern and clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is a nice Home away from Home. The host is very helpful and was able to quickly answer any and all questions that arose. I'd recommend this location for that special intimate escape.

We needed a serious break with peace and quiet. This place was all that and more!!! Loved the balconies and the decor was so nice. We only left one day for awhile, but cooked in every night we were there. We probably saw less than 10 people on the whole beach the 4 days we were there. We definitely recommend this property if you need solace and time to relax.
