Convenient
We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.

Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to ...

Room was large and bed very comfortable. Lots of corridors to navigate to the room...mind old and beautiful building. Shower was pretty poor though as took ages to get the water warm enough. Great place though for hiking around Box Hill.
