「The house was clean, organized and comfortable, with everything we needed for our family of four. We came for an event at Wake Med Soccer Park and the property was conveniently located for our purposes. Neighborhood is pretty and quiet. We were able to easily visit with friends in the area, too. 「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
