Family holiday at Saint jacut de la mer

The house is in a fantastic location close to the beaches of Saint jacut de la mer and on the same road as the lovely chateau de le guido. The garden and terrace is really lovely and we spent most of our time outdoors. The house is full of character and artwork. The owners live next door and we’re very friendly and helpful. Restaurants are in walking distance near the bridge and supermarkets a short drive.

Maison agréable, bien équipée.A 400 m de la première plage, à pied.Hôtes très avenants et réactifs, habitant dans la maison juste derrière.Deux bémols:1 - proximité du voisinage qui n'était pas visible sur les photos, et qui est un peu génante par moments lorsqu'on utilise la terrasse.2 - pas de WIFI et réseau 4G uniquement accessible à l'extérieur de la maison. Fibre prévue prochainement a priori.

Bretagne im Spätsommer

Liebe Martine, lieber Phillippe, es war sehr schön in Eurem Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der schöne Blick in den Garten, unsere Radtouren und Eure Tipps für die Ausflüge, haben unseren Urlaub nahezu perfekt gemacht. Bei der Ruhe und der Schönheit der Landschaft der Bretagne haben wir uns gut erholt. Vielen Dank nochmal auch für die leckeren Birnen und unsere netten Gespräche. Ess-Geschirr / Ess-Besteck ist alt und nicht einheitlich könnte mal erneuert werden Messer in der Küche sind nicht scharf Zwei große Schneidemesser fehlt Beide / zwei Toilettensitze waren lose und verrutschten beim draufsitzen Beide Toillettenräume sind ohne Waschbecken Beide Toilettenräume sind klein. In einem Toilettenraum stößt man sich ständig den Kopf beim reingehen und aufstehen von der Toilette Heizölgeruch von der Heizung im Flur und auf der unteren Toilette Gartenliegen auf dem Rasen wären schön Keine Holzliegen auf der Terrasse wie auf den Bildern im Inserat. Dafür zwei Plastikliegen aus dem Baumarkt oder ähnlich Beim WLAN-Empfang ist das Signal sehr schwach gewesen. Bei zwei jugendlichen Kindern ist das heutzutage ein Problem 2 x Betten zu schmal für zwei etwas korpulentere Erwachsene Duschstange für den Duschkopf fehlt Die eine Dusche ist in einem Zimmer in dem jemand schläft. Das finden wir ungünstig Blick auf den Hafen Le Guildo nur durch ein Dachfenster Bilder im Web bzw. im Inserat veraltet. Für uns nicht nicht benutzbarer aber neuer Anbau seit 2022 vorhanden Anbau wurde teilweise von Bekannten der Eigentümer bewohnt Gartenliegen und Stühle auf der Terrasse unbequem Spa ist kein Spa sondern eine Badewanne mit Sprudelwasser (Ging bei uns nicht) Zimmer nicht so hell wie auf den Bildern Küche nicht mehr so hell da ein Fenster zugemauert wurde und die Jalousie vom Nebengebäude ständig geschlossen war Matrazen durchgelegen Bettenbreite zu gering für 2 Erwachsene

Un très beau gîte en Côte d'Armor

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Créhen avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Le gîte, bien aménagé, est très bien situé, à deux pas des plages et des très belles balades sur le sentier des douaniers. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Une belle et agréable terrasse et un grand et beau jardin. Un gîte à recommander vivement.

Grand bol d'air au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison très accueillante, chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les hôtes autant que de besoin. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait : au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les facilités avec accès rapide aux routes pour le tourisme. Un ciel magnifique le soir depuis le jardin. Parfait pour nous qui représentions 4 générations à 3 personnes, de 15 à 93 ans ;) Merci à Monsieur et Madame Ladouce pour ce doux séjour.

Phantastischer Urlaub / vacances fantastiques

Die Unterkunft von Philippe war sehr gemütlich und von herzlichem Charme. Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick in den sehr schönen Garten war herrlich entspannend und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Gras herumzutoben. Die Unterkunft liegt ideal für Ausflüge entlang der Nordküste der Bretagne, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit Ihren Tipps für Reisen, die Umgebung und Restaurants einen tollen Urlaub beschert. Die Tipps rund um das Fotografieren haben uns sehr weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank für einen phantastischen Urlaub in der Gite de Charme. Le logement de Philippe était très confortable et d'un charme chaleureux. La terrasse avec la vue sur le très beau jardin était merveilleusement relaxante et nos enfants ont eu beaucoup de plaisir à courir sur l'herbe. L'hébergement est idéalement situé pour des excursions le long de la côte nord de la Bretagne, avec de nombreux sites d'intérêt à portée de main. Les hôtes étaient très chaleureux, fiables et serviables et nous ont donné d'excellents conseils sur les voyages, la région et les restaurants. Les conseils sur la photographie ont été très utiles. Merci pour ces vacances fantastiques au Gite de Charme.

La Bretagne pour les connaisseurs

La Maison Ladouce is the ideal starting point to discover Eastern Brittany. Peacefully located with a lovely garden. From here you can take wonderful walks right by the sea. Mme. &M. Ladouce are very friendly, nice and always helpful. Merci bien.

Villa idéalement située pour apprécier tous les sites de cette magnifique région. Elle présente tous les équipements utiles et se trouve dans un jardin splendide.
