Lovely friendly people, for what you pay, it’s good value. Clean, good shower, good bed, I extended my stay, all the basics are right and it’s very affordable. Would stay again.

Decent!

Limited reception service had to use an intercom as a result. Rooms are pretty comfortable however, not properly lit up. For the price however, very good stay.

Just little issues like front desk closing at 8:30 we are used to staying open til 12:00am using the kiosk check in was an issue the gate code was an issue we were not only ones having problems with checking in and gate problems

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience. À notre arrivĂ©e nous avons rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© le code de notre chambre sur une borne Ă  l’entrĂ©e. La borne n’acceptait aucune carte bancaire. ObligĂ© d’appeler une personne de l’assistance par tĂ©lĂ©phone pour pouvoir payer et rĂ©cupĂ©rer le numĂ©ro de notre chambre. Cette opĂ©ration a durĂ© 20 minutes. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s pour poser nos affaires. Nous devions repartir dans la foulĂ©e un concert. En partant la porte Ă©tait impossible Ă  fermer. Aucun personnel prĂ©sent sur place pour nous aider. Nous avons dĂ» repartir avec toutes nos valises dans la voiture. À notre retour aucune solution n’avait Ă©tĂ© trouvĂ©e donc nous avons repris notre chambre et dormi la porte ouverte toute la nuit dans la chambre qui a Ă©tĂ© fraĂźchement rĂ©novĂ©e, beaucoup de prises de courant ne fonctionnait pas. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le sĂ©lecteur de clim n’avait pas de bouton. On pouvait juste l’allumer ou l’éteindre impossible de rĂ©gler la tempĂ©rature. Normalement nous devions avoir deux bouteilles d’eau dans notre chambre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous n’avons rien eu. Je dĂ©conseille cet hĂŽtel. Et je ne reviendrai pas.
