Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but ...

Just back from our family stay, and it was perfectly wonderful. The highlight was sitting together at breakfast to a back drop of lake Como - what more can you ask. Recommend the little wine bar just 100m down the road - beautiful hosts and thank you for looking after us
