Very Nice house in Crestline
House in Crestline was wonderful. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and responsive. Easy walking distance ro Lake Gregory and some fun spots in town.

Nice location, friendly manager, decent updates, poor cleaning
Hello! The main consensus was that we did not feel that it was very clean. I did appreciated the early and late use of the house. Nadew was very friendly on the phone and easy to speak with. I did want to point out that the check out time ONLINE states 10A. The paperwork left on the counter stated 11A. This may add confusion to guests and cleaning crew if different times are posted. Some of the specific comments that were made: "I enjoyed the stay but would want them to know that one bath towel downstairs had a significant hole in it and one throw blanket has a tear. Also, could not turn heat down." "1. Upstairs bathrooms sinks don’t drain well 2. No shampoo/conditioner in upstairs shower 3. Seemed like house needed a thorough cleaning 4. Throw blankets didn’t smell clean" "The down stairs bathroom counters did not feel clean. The kitchen drawers were not organized well and some glasses in cupboards were barely clean. The dishwasher was dirty. I did not feel that the price we paid was reflective of the details that were overlooked." I hope these comments help with future stays. Thank you again for accommodating our time coming and going. Great location and enjoyed the patio (but, there were no cushions!)

Great property! The Family loved it.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cute, cozy, and very close to Crestline's downtown. Crestline is around 30 minutes up the hill so it's very convenient. There is no washer and dryer so make sure you pack plenty of clothes. The only unfortunate thing was the last night my wife had two spiders crawling on her while she lay in bed. This made her paranoid and she couldn't sleep upstairs. Other than that, everything was really nice.

Wasn't able to use the outdoor brazier/fireplace (not lighting up). Also, the batteries on the TV/Roku remotes are almost dead (low signal). Everything else about it is great though!

Family Lake Gregory stay
The cabin was perfect location to the Lake. Cabin was cute ( a little dated) but clean. Manager responsive. Only issue was lots of ants inside and out but it is the mountains! Beds comfortable and loved how close to the lake. Nice 3 night getaway with the grandkids and daughter!

Family had a great time for 1 week
Overall Impression of Home upon arrival was better than pictures showed. Our son says "I would love to stay there again!" The home is centrally located to Lake Gregory, we took advantage of just about all there was to offer around us to enhance our stay at the rental. My wife and I got a relaxing massage at the Organic Therapies Spa, we rented a cabana at Lake Gregory and enjoyed the lake activities for the full day. We visited the Hang Glider Launch at Crestline Glider Launch. Drove to Arrowhead village and hiked at Heart Trail. All of these activities were so close and made the stay much more enjoyable. The rental didn't have a washer and dryer which I didnt bother to check before renting so that was on me, We had brought enough change of clothes so thankfully we were fine except our son, he had to hand wash some of his clothes, it was warm enough to hang dry outside so we worked around it. Air Conditioning was superior , every room had a DAIKIN Single Zone Ductless AC Unit which made it super comfortable throughout the home. Wifi was more than plentiful for our kids XBOX that they brought to play during downtime. Water pressure throughout the home was plenty to support our family of 4 and friends that later came. I would definitely bring your own knife set for cutting meats and dicing veggies, the knives there were too dull to cut through celery, we worked with it. BBQ center in backyard was perfect, it was super clean upon arrival and ready to cook on, propane tank was full. The propane fireplace outside was a nice addition, it too was full of propane and was enough to run several nights of cozy outside fireplace gatherings with family and friends. We had an issue with the stove that was easily remedied by placing a call to our contact dusting our stay. their on call staff came the next day and addressed the problem and asked if there were any other concerns they could address while we stayed there. Streaming Channnels were available when we stayed Netflix,hulu which made it very nice to watch a movie if we needed to. We would definitely come back to this place for the reason that everything was just about within walking distance.

Thought of everything
Well My sons and myself did a father thing let me tell you the owner of this property thought of everything that was our saying for the whole weekend . He thought of the skewers for smores all the way down to a flashlight it was amazing . We did not have to worry about anything . The internet was super fast no connection problems plus we had access to all the TV we wanted that was crazy we usually take our firestick but didnt need them because he thought of everything . this will be our go to place every year oh did I mention just around the block from everything the lake, market and even 7-eleven . 3 houses down nice mexican place to eat at . the only feedback is I wish he had a smoker maybe next time . thank you for an amazing time .

Wonderful getaway!
This house was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for cooking. Super close to Lake Gregory and close to Lake Arrowhead. Highly recommend. We will be back!

One Issue
Loved our stay. Clean..funtional..comfortable.. but we did get startled early morning one of the days. The owner had sent people to the property to pick up furniture and when we woke up I thought we had someone inside I immediately called management and they didn't know anything. Called me back to say it was the owner. I had gotten upset with this as safety was a concern at the time.

Beautiful space and location
Property manager responded to requests immediately, trouble-shot all the requests, check-in was flawless. Property beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. Only challenges were patio furniture was broken two chairs, likely from wear & tear. And checkout was “before 11 am,” but internet was turned off at 7 am on a Monday and cleaning crew showed up at 10am requesting we depart. Th awfully we were packing up.

Perfect Spot
Great location. The fridge broke and the owners bent over backwards to help keep us comfortable and fix it fast. They even brought donuts! Super clean. Well managed. Great place.

Mountain Retreat
My family and I enjoyed our time at this house. We enjoyed 3 nights and 4 days. One day we drove to the other areas of the mountain and went tubing and sledding. We were able to cook easily and found the accommodations very relaxing.

Peaceful time spent
The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We were close to everything! Restaurants, groceries, lake. We took a trip to Big Bear as well and rented a pontoon. In a nutshell our stay was exactly what we hoped for. Very comfortable home and beautiful scenery!

We had a nice experience, very beautiful and comfortable place. We would definitely go back. The only thing was that the place was dusty and had spider webs in many places. The blankets on the beds looked stained. Good thing we took our own blankets. We loved that there was a Mexican restaurant, a market and 7 eleven, and we only had to walked less than 5 minutes. My 1 and 4 year old had so much fun. Very kid friendly.

the weather surprised us and it had snowed for 3 days, the cabin had no shovels to remove it or some other tool, the garbage is watered in front of the house, continuous blackouts, no wifi, no tv signal ... anyway .. not very good experience for us.

Our daughter was getting married at the nearby San Moritz Lodge at Lake Gregory (which, by the way, is a great venue). We wanted a place reasonably close and large enough to accommodate last minute out-of-town guests if need be. This home worked great for us. It's 5-7 minutes from San Moritz, walking distance to Goodman's market, a 24/7 7-Eleven, and stumbling distance from the Bear Claw :) Granted, Crestline is a small town to begin with, but I found everything convenient. The outdoor deck would have been great for a family gathering after the wedding, but the weather was already too cold at night. Yes, the layout is a little odd, but it didn't bother me. No wifi, but it wasn't listed as an amenity either. Even though it's fall, it would have been nice had the driveway and stairs been cleared of leaves, pine needles & acorns - I took care of it. I hesitate in writing this, but...note on Goodman's, if you enjoy beers that you NEVER see in your big chain grocery store (or much anywhere else), be sure to stop in.

Location, location, location. Get ready to clean though.....
This property is perfectly located walking distance to lake and restaurants. The ONLY problem we faced is the cleanliness of the property. We spent over an hour dusting, sweeping, wiping counters and removing cobwebs and spiders from inside the house and outside deck area. We had to go purchase our own cleaning supplies at the store since they were minimally stocked!! I wish someone would have come to the property the day of to brush off the furniture and run a vacuum. We have traveled all over and spent many years camping so we are used to dirt/bugs etc. However, when you rent a property you do expect some cleanliness....

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the lake, stores, and a good restaurant. There was no WiFi or cell reception. The house was very warm especially in the evening. There is no A/C.

Absolutely beautiful! Open floor plan, large deck, and great parking made this home perfect for my family. This home does not feel like a rental, it felt like we were staying at a friends home.Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend this home!!
