It is a short walk from public transportation and many sites. The staff are communicative and were very helpful in arranging airport pickup. I highly recommend Matisse Bucharest Old Town. 」

Staff were very helpful, location is central to the old town Breakfast was so so, some fresh cut fruit would be nice (some apples and bananas on the side but that was about all). I was at the front so it was quite loud as it faced one of the main streets in the old town but i knew where i was staying so i knew it was likely to not be the quietest 」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「Die Unterkunft liegt im Hinterhof. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man läuft ca. 5min zur Metrostation Tipp: wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, sollte man die Zwischentür zur Rezeption zuziehen.」
