Value for money and good service

1 night stay over. Easy to find. Large carpark. Nice pub, large rooms, Tuesday night is pizza only. Good choice of pizza and delicious. Check in and check out was hassle free.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent first impression. Value for money was excellent and with breakfast included it was really good. Breakfast was also excellent and certainly didn’t scrimp on the portion. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a warm and friendly place to stay

Loved our stay here. Very friendly staff and was a really lovely comfortable atmosphere. Food was amazing, the pie melted in my mouth and the inclusive breakfast was also brilliant. Lovely pub to stay at. Great value

Great place to stay, and I often stay here when working locally. Lovely place with great staff and really good food. Was the first time I had issue with noise from other guests though. The place is usually really quiet, so it was just an unlucky night I guess. Great value place though.

The property is good value for money. The room was a little tired but spotlessly clean. I had a problem with the radiator in the room and it was sorted immediately. I ate in the hotel and had a good meal. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again

Great flying visit

Flying visit and an early start so was unable to take advantage of the breakfast but staff were welcoming, a nice pint of Guinness and some pork scratching in the bar before bed was great. Room was good, only suggestion would be some usb charging ports on the plug sockets.. I forgot my charger but had these been available it would have been possible to charge using the car usb cable! I’d definitely use this hotel again if up this way.

Lovely friendly staff

Overnight stay en route to Manchester. I was looking for a hotel not far off the M6 that would break up my journey. It was a little further than I wanted but it was a lovely drive. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were really lovely and friendly and breakfast was thrown in too. Nothing fancy but enough to get you through the morning. Very good. Thank you very much.

A great place at a great price

It was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would say the beds are on par with those in the Premier Inn, which are known for being very comfortable, which at the price means the crew arms is very much worth the money. In addition as I leave early mornings for work and could not make breakfast. I was even given a sandwich and crisps every day to make sure I have something with me. All these little details really make a difference.

Wonderful hosts - everyone was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location and a spacious room - I slept well here. Free WiFi worked well for email and general web browsing (I didn't try anything more demanding). Plenty of free parking. Great value for money. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.
