「This is the third time I stayed at this property, all with different groups of people. This most recent stay was with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. 「The ladies on my wife's side go to plays every year for X-mas gifts. This year they picked SF and a great play (Dear Evan Hanson). This basically new house was great for our group. It was a lot bigger than I realized and the 2 sitting areas was perfect (TV sports for me & movies/chatting for them). The double garage was a plus too. There were 5 of us and if you have a larger group you will have plenty of room. SF isn't that big so downtown and the sports complexes are all a short drive away....

「Not the kind of spot for working from your room or planning to stay in a lot. But for 1-2 people who want a clean, comfortable base of operations to enjoy the downtown Sioux Falls bars, restaurants and nightlife, this spot is ideal. Check in was a breeze. The host is responsive and friendly. The building is quiet with a comfy lobby for hanging out with a small group. I enjoyed my stay and the price was right.」

「Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!」

Only a couple of little improvements recommended, the master king bed mattress needs to be replaced as the bed is becoming a canoe.
