“The staff was very friendly.but did not follow through on request. The water was cold for two days I went to the front desk to inform them how uncomfortable it was to take a shower in cold water. Also while at the desk another customer was there complaining about the cold water. It was on the second evening the water came up to Luke warm.
I didn’t expect that the price that I paid for the two rooms to be $140 per night.”

“Molly was superb with her quick response with all of our questions. She was very helpful before and during the stay. The property was not as clean as we would have expected. But it wasn’t terrible. It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?”
