“Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. “Propore, bien entretenu, personnel disponible et serviable, piscine impecable avec pataugeoire. Parking sécurisé. Linge de lit et serviette fournis. Impeccable. Seul bémol la literie n'est pas exceptionnel mais ça n'entache pas le sejour. Bon sejour a tous ”

“The house was lovely! Perfect location, well equipped, was larger than it looks in the photos. Excellent hosts and perfect for our family visit. The pool was so nice in the hot weather!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this uniquely beautiful property. As other reviewers have said, lovely though the pictures are, they can't do full justice to how stunning the property is - it has to be experienced. The house itself is very stylish, and well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up in the morning and opening the windows to the sound of the rushing river. The grounds are something else - so tranquil and calming, close to Nature……

“Sejour en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. Gîte tres agréable tout clôturé pour le chien. Tres calme et fonctionnel, chaque couple a sa propre chambre avec salle de bain. Grande cuisine avec tous le nécessaire. Les extérieurs sont arborés, barbecue, table pour vivre dehors( et table de ping pong, jeu flechette..)Météo malheureusement peu ensoleillé et piscine non chauffé ( juste le dôme garde la chaleur si fermé) malgré le temps nous avons passé un très bon séjour.”
