Banff Springs Hotel
"We found the hotel needed upgrading in some areas. Also simple things which could be fixed e.g. the toilet door squeaked and in the middle of the night this was most annoying. For elderly guests a walk-in shower is a must as opposed to shower over bath. The staff are without exception very helpful ..."
