The room itself was a bit underwhelming but comfortable nonetheless. I waited hours to get clean towels to my room when I arrived but I did not let that get to me as the staff tried their best to be helpful. The food was decent, needed a bit more variety in choices. The overall space was clean and inviting with lots of areas to relax. The staff were all so very nice, kudos for customer service.

Beautiful property however the staff wasn’t very welcoming. They wouldn’t greet us, they took their time to make drinks and it seemed like congregating with each other was more important than attending to their guests. Food was good, not many options though. I suggest that they get more staff to wait on guests in the pool area and beach.

We were given an older room, unfortunately the AC is very cold and cannot be turned down because it causes condensation. This property would be lovely but you can see the wear and tear. I don’t feel like the room we got matches what is shown in the pictures when you book.

I booked and paid for an all-inclusive one-night stay, with check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am. While I understand these times, I was disappointed to find that access to lunch and drinks on both arrival and departure days was not included. In all my previous all-inclusive experiences, guests were able to enjoy these amenities, so receiving only dinner and breakfast made the package feel limited and not entirely worth the cost. Additionally, I was initially placed in the wrong room. I had booked a pool view but was given a garden view. This was later corrected after I raised the issue, and I appreciate that the staff addressed it. Unfortunately, the initial interaction at the front desk was not welcoming and left us feeling tense at the start of what was meant to be a relaxing getaway. Thankfully, another staff member later assisted us, offered a welcome drink, and helped resolve the room issue. The food options for dinner and breakfast were limited but very tasty, and the dinner staff were exceptional—they truly went above and beyond. Overall, the stay was okay, but not great. The limited inclusions and the initial reception made me question the value of the all-inclusive package, especially as the purpose of the trip was to relax and de-stress.

Clean room and surroundings, however, my family of 8 staying in 3 rooms were unable to have dinner together as there is some insane policy of not putting tables together at the restaurant. Meanwhile, there was a table for 7 for persons not staying at the hotel who made dinner reservations. So it seems as though the policy only applies to guests which makes it more insane. I also booked a taxi to pick us up at 5:55am to take us to the airport. We reached the carpark at 5:56pm and the security indicated the taxi left us indicating " we were taking too long". There was noone at reception to assist with booking another.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent stay at Tropikist Resort. First, I would like to say that the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. That said, I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the all-inclusive package. When booking an all-inclusive stay, I expected a more comprehensive experience. Upon arrival, there was no bottled water or drinks available in the room, and I later learned that only certain beverages were included. Bottled water and some local drinks, such as Carib beers, had to be purchased separately, which was unexpected. Additionally, I noticed that there was no lifeguard on duty at the beach area, which would have been reassuring from a safety perspective. The food itself was very tasty, and compliments to the kitchen staff; however, the selection was fairly limited. Between meal times, there were also no real snack options available, which would have been a nice addition to the all-inclusive offering. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5. Despite these setbacks, I did enjoy the friendliness of your staff and the relaxing atmosphere, and I would still recommend Tropikist Resort to others—with the understanding of these limitations.
