“TV and remote old and had to contact staff to get it to work. Opened the freezer in the fridge on arrival and water spilled out onto the carpet which was very wet the whole time. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.”

“It's ok for a one night stay. Typical pub food which we enjoyed. The accommodation is in desperate need of renovation; especially the bathrooms. Continental breakfast is super-budget. We opted for the bakery across the road which opens at 6am.”

“Good location on the high street / highway, but quiet overnight and during the day, despite this. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. Somewhat dated bathroom, but it and the furniture were still in very good condition. Bathroom and room were clean. Friendly reception staff. Complimentary fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Air Conditioning / Heating worked well in winter. Would stay again.”

“I’m not sure how they manage a 9.5 out of 10. Noise from the highway and the air conditioning capacitor going on and off all night was not fun. But the black mould all over the ceiling in the bathroom was very off putting. Especially in a steam area I would feel very sorry for anyone with breathing problems. And whoever I gave my key to when I left was quite off handed. ”
