“The hotel and the room smells like mildew. The junior suite we had booked was not that impressive for the price. Hotel states there’s a shuttle to and from the port but don’t disclose that it costs $25 a person. When we arrived no one was there to help my 72 yr old father with bags and he had to carry them up the stairs by himself. Overall, an okay stay but the room did have a strong odor of mildew/mold.”

“Extremely Disappointing — Do Not Trust the Photos
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The pictures advertised online are very misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the property.
The hotel appeared to have serious moisture/water issues throughout the building, and there was a strong mold/mildew concern. The condition of the property was not what we expected based on the pictures and description on Expedia.
The pool was also CLOSED, even though the property……
