“Awful experience. First, this is not a hotel, it’s an Airbnb. I have stayed there for 3days, I haven’t seen a single staff. I helped myself check in, check out, call taxi, and collect rubbishes as they don’t provide housekeeping service unless you stay more than 8days. Also the location is awful. I need to climb the hill for more than 20mins from the closest restaurant, not to mention from the dock. And I need to carry two super large suitcases get on and off though a super long stair in……

“Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Room is neat, enough space for 3-4 people. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Good reception service – we booked our trip for scenic flight there – very convenient. Close to café and restaurant. 7 mins walk distance to supermarket.”

“I was quite frustrated when I arrived as the photo of the pool gave the impression it was close to the sea and there was no mention of the hill you had to climb, I am diabetic and have a hip replacement but even my sons who are fit and in their 20’s struggled to walk up the hill, obviously the heat didn’t help. We therefore walked down but taxied back which was inconvenient as there were only a few and costly. If I had known I would not a have booked or at least been prepared! The apartment……

“初到澳洲，进入度假村，感觉小小的，还没什么感觉。 在探究一番后发现，附件有个大卖场，离Main street有点远，不过应该基本都是定的day trip，都会有专车来接送，还可以。偶尔想走走海边步道，半个小时就可以到主街，也蛮方便。最最靠谱的应该还是这个village房间可以自己做饭，早饭，晚饭，去附件超市买点食物回来，冰箱保存，很是方便。 屋子外面还有个吊床or躺椅，很惬意。很适合不需要5星标准住宿的朋友，家一样的感觉。还可以找主人来咨询各种问题，各种day trip，主人很努力的帮你解决。记得去之前带点中国小礼物，主人蛮喜欢中国的。”

“住了4天都没有人打扫卫生，洗衣机就给了一小袋洗衣液，设施有点旧”

“酒店离镇中心有5分钟路程，比较安静，景观不错。。在码头对面，走路很近。房间还是比较干净整洁。早饭只有面包。房间有炊具，可以做饭。如果开车来还是很不错的”

“員工態度好及友善，即使已下班也有幫忙解決問題，泳池比想像中小一點，但也可接受，景觀不錯。始終是郊外地方，會有青蛙昆蟲。”
