Docking is on a first come, first served basis.   Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool or spending a day at the beach, only a few miles away.   Located on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries.  Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina.  There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby.   Don’t forget your binoculars!
The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.
