Didn't update website to say major renovation was underway. Only one of five buildings held guests. No front desk support after 10pm. No onsite restaurant as advertised online. "Garden view" room looked at parking lot. Shower curtain short of shower pan so water all over the floor. Dresser drawers wouldn't rolled open when you tried to shut them. Would not stay again.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately the “double” beds were more like full size and uncomfortable. The walls are also paper thin. We could hear the people next doors tv. The common areas are gorgeous. Unfortunately the property is still under major construction and the restaurant and bar are not yet open. I think it will be great once it’s finished but I won’t be returning until then.

Resort is undergoing extensive renovations so it’s noisy from approximately 8:00AM-4:30PM. Check/in was fast but I was given a room type that I didn’t reserve. Thankfully, TJ fixed the problem quickly. I feel when the renovations are completed in about a year, it’s going to be a very nice place to stay.

The hotel went through some major damage from a hurricane. They are working hard to rebuild but the one building open is not up to its standard. Noisy, doors not sealed closed and grounds are clean but under construction. Wait a few more years to see its beauty.

Under heavy construction everything was an inconvenience. Some staff was very courteous but some acted as if we were a bother. Especially the night check in host he was very condescending. The “breakfast” was a joke. If we had known the state of the facility we would have booked elsewhere. Management should be ashamed of the way they marketed the resort. It was a horrible experience stay away from this disaster.

The golf course was closed. The restaurants and bars were gone due to renovations. Promised amenities did not exist even though the website said nothing about renovations-we were totally misled. The pool had no furniture. The fitness center smelled of mold as did the stairs and hallways. The furniture in the room was antiquated, as was the microwave and tiny refrigerator. We mentioned all this to the front desk manager and received a shrug, no apologies. We left a full day early than we planned and will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. The staff were mostly cordial but didn’t know where the fitness center was, or if the golf course was open or not-when asked the first day. New owners should be ashamed of themselves for even trying to keep this place open…….
