Winter 2025 began as a dry year, the week after Christmas didn't deliver much snow. We arrived and it snowed abt. an inch, which was plenty for this S. Tex family to enjoy with the steep drive up the hill. The Alpaca Barn was full of amazing history and was educational for all of us! (Ages 12-53) ...

My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable 3 night stay. The host was very responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommend. Great views!

River Mountain Oasis Casa Rio is a wonderfully appointed property in a quiet, serene location. Adriana is a perfect host. If you are visiting the Jemez Springs area, I could not more highly recommend the property.
