「staff were not helpful pool was cold rats were running around 」

「Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.」

「Beautiful location and comfortable room.」

「What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏」

「Staff was extremely helpful」

「Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft mit sehr kompetenten und netten Personal! Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen!」

「I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a brand new hotel. The staff were so friendly, including Huong, Tung tu and Phuong. Who WhatsApp me to help me organise a driver or checking if I wanted any lunch preparing. At the same time they give you space too. So the ideal balance. It’s such a peaceful location, if you want visit the Padonga. As a nomad who works too, the wifi was really strong here, both within the room and outside. The whole swimming pool turns into a whirlpool and the loungers...

「Our stay here was fantastic. The family were so lovely, kind, generous and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay at their Homestay. It is new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The surrounding views are fantastic and it is very quiet with little in walking distance but excellent bikes that can be borrowed and mopeds/motorbikes to rent plus we had no issues using Grab for taxis. The rooms are huge, begs comfortable, breakfasts tasty and meals and drinks available in the evenings if you didn’t...

「This is the hotel which is worth visiting again. It has the beautiful view. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is very simple but delicious.」

「Spectacular. If you want peace and tranquility, this is it. Wonderful staff, excellent balance of rustic and luxurious with a perfect blend with nature.」

「Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful.」

「We had a great stay at Bliss Tam Coc, we stayed with our children in the 2 bed villa which was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of space. The staff were all really kind and helpful. The outdoor pool was beautiful. It is out of Tam Coc, but we preferred this as was lovely and quiet but an easy Grab ride into town. The food and drinks in the restaurant were great too, would definitely recommend.」

「Jasmine is a wonderful person, she has a very big heart. If you need anything at all she makes sure you feel heard and has made me feel very welcome. I like to try different restaurants but she's such a good cook I mostly eat here. The ac in the rooms work great even on a 110 degree day. The pool is well maintained and she also has a very fair price for laundry service. If I could live here with her family I would.」

「This is a quaint little spot. Not much to the grounds themselves, nestled into the mountainside not much of a “view” but excellent for a very cheap rate!! Rooms immaculate and comfortable, food delicious, pool clean, staff friendly and helpful. Scooter rental on site. Perfect spot to stay to visit Ninh Binh!! 」

「Beautiful place with amazing views. Staff were amazing and always smiling. Eager to help and give advice. I would highly recommend.」

「Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and...
