Single-family house. 3500 km from the centre of Cucuron, 9 km from the centre of Lourmarin, 32 km from the centre of Aix en Provence. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, tennis, boules, fireplace. House maid on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Ecole" 2.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Nearby attractions: Lourmarin 9 km, Gordes 36 km, L'isle sur la Sorgues 46 km, La fontaine du Vaucluse 51 km, Sentier des Ocres 31 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de la Bonde 8 km. Hiking paths: Forêt des cèdres du Luberon, Le Mourre Negre. House maid (extra). Included in rental: a change of linen for stays of 2 weeks minimum. Please note: The property consists of two houses, one is unoccupied. The pool house has an area of 60 m².
"Cucuron", 4-room house 100 m2. Living/dining room 40 m2 with TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Heating. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: smoke alarm. The bedrooms are accessible only from the pool house.
