"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room is small, but the hotel has its perks - nice pool, free WiFi, and included breakfast. They provided towels for pool and beaches. I reported it to the staff on first day of arrival, and they said someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately, no one showed up.
