Vaway Hotel
Would not stay at this hotel again, even though the rooftop terrace was lovely and the staff were very good. The room itself is simply too loud, not designed well for travelers, and there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. We travel frequently and like staying in the downtown area, ...

Hotel Boutique Santa Lucia
This is one of the best hotels in Cuenca. They put a hot water bottle in your bed. It’s amazing, and there really isn’t service like this in most hotels. Also, the garden is really nice. I will definitely be back.

Casa Firenza
We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was amazing!! The suit was as good as it gets, the hotel itself was gorgeous, terrific service, wonderful restaurant, and PERFECT location.
