Escape the rat race and wind down in a comfortable and hip beach house only a stones throw from the beach. (BEACH ACROSS THE ROAD, 50M APPROX.)
Relax with a spot of beach fishing or just laze about in the sun on the beach while reading a good book! or just look out to sea and watch the waves roll in onto the shores of beautiful Warrain Beach. Or head up to the lookout at Penguin Head for a spot of whale watching, even view whales from the balcony of the house!

There are plenty of clubs in the area to choose from where you can dine out or just chat with the friendly locals while having a beverage of your choice.
Take a trip to the many other exciting locations in the Jervis Bay area: Huskisson, Vincentia, Currawong and Callala Bay and Beach just to name a few. Pick up some fresh oysters at Greenwell Point... very yummy!

Culburra Beach is a natural wonder with its beautiful golden sandy Beaches which are ideal for the surfers and boogie boarders alike. PET FRIENDLY.

Culburra Beach Surf Club:
There is also a surf club with live-savers to watch over you (Live savers may be seasonal only). The surf club is only 200m from the house and it is known for its great events and wedding functions... come get married on the beach!

for the boating lovers: the house is only a short 5 km drive to Orient Point boat ramp. There is also a plenty of other boat ramps in the area, Callala bay and St. George basin just to name a couple.

The House:
Boasting 4 decent sized bedrooms.
the kitchen is very cosy and chick and well equipped for all your culinary needs. Microwave and dishwasher is also provided.
Sit on the balcony at night and catch the beautiful sea breeze and listen the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shores of Warrain Beach. And during the days, walk across the road to the beach track which leads directly to the beach, approx. 50m walk. for a quick dip then come back to the comforts of the house.
this house is perfectly suited for a couple of families as there is two queen beds, two doubles and 4 single beds.
There is a laundry with washing machine provided. Also provided is an iron and board.
there are three toilets and two bathrooms one with a huge claw footed style bathtub to sooth your aching muscles. also there are two great decks to enjoy the outdoors, the front deck has water views of the beach and an outdoor setting with BBQ.

2 outdoor security cameras at the front of house, there are no internal cameras and all private outdoor areas are NOT under surveillance. These are for the benefit of guests and for house security when vacant.
The house allows 12 guests, more that 12 guests will accrue extra fees per guest per night.
