「ruim kompleet appartement met groot terras, wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, espresso apparaat, opgemaakte bedden, voldoende hanndoeken, gelegen in leuke wijk met heel veel winkeltjes, restaurantjes, fietsverhuur om de hoek. op loopafstand van oude stad. we hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Eigenaresse heel aardig, doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.」

「Check in was easy since we came when the office was open. I think off-hours check in was going to work out if we'd needed it. It was fast and easy to get clean sheets and towels plus trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels when we needed them with a message on whatsapp. It's an easy (under 10 minutes) walk from the Xativa Metro station (or Estatio du Nord) to the apartment, making it convenient to get there from the airport (or train station). I called the managing agent and they brought a set of sheets the next day. However, we had to figure out what to do the previous night. I have only seen this in Spain. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, aber alkes im vertretbaren Bereich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Viertel. Supermarkt und Bushaltestellen in 20m Entfernung. Strand in ca 5-7min Fußweg. 「We loved this apartment! Excellent location in the old town and just a short cab to the beach. We walked pretty much everywhere...even to the train station for day trips. Very clean, all the bells and whistles (laundry, dishwaser, etc.) Excellent communication with the manager and overall a great experience. We will definitely stay here again! (One note for potential guests...our air conditioning was not working very well and Valencia is HOT in the Summer so keep that in mind.)」

「Justo's apartment is more amazing than it looks in the photos. So comfortable with every need catered for, a true home from home. The apartment is located in an ideal area with shops, cafes & restaurants nearby. And Justo; he stayed late to greet us after a delayed flight, welcoming us with supper, Valencian oranges & other essentials (including tooth brushes as our luggage was delayed). He really is the perfect host who regularly contacted us to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to...
