Great cottage for family getaway
Our stay was the perfect family getaway. We enjoyed the vintage books, vintage games, bunk bed, propane fire pit, gas BBQ and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. This house is a 5 minute walk from the beach. So close and easy to get to! Unfortunately once at the beach, there are no public washrooms as the washrooms close by are in a campground and locked with a code. Just make sure you go to the washroom prior to going to the lake. Also, this wasn’t a huge deal for us because the house was only 5 minutes away so washrooms are not too far. Thank you for having us and our family! Would stay again.

Comfortable cottage
Stayed for 5 nights.. great location! We all enjoyed our family vacation ❤️ Only complaint was the dirty dishes and glassware. Coffee left in pot from previous occupants. Otherwise a great stay😊

Great Family Vacation!
We had a wonderful time in this home! The home was comfortable, clean, and very family/dog friendly! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and spending evenings outside playing games on the deck and in the yard. Our friends came to visit for a night and loved it so much they stayed 3 nights and we are all looking at booking again for next year.

Cultus Family Reunion
It was a perfect spot for our family reunion. The house had everything that we needed and a whole lot more. It is an older property with lots of life still in it. Perfect for our teenagers and walking distance to the lake.

Seeing Family
Seeing family after so long, with covid and just life. Our visiting family from the US found great places to stay as well, but came at different times, so your wonderful quaint cabin allowed us to visit out doors on the great deck surrounded by those beautiful trees.We came through a terrible fire on the 28th of June 2 years ago, and lost about 50 acres of our 160. To see a beautiful healthy forest, was soothing to our souls! Thank you Brent and Sharron for sharing your special place with us💖

Great off season stay
We rented this house while we were doing renovations to a nearby house. It was a perfect fit for us being pet friendly and having a fenced yard. Lots of room for the 3 of us, worked well for us. Great tv in the family room!

New Year getaway
Very nice place to stay. Pictures don't do the house justice. We are family of 6, was enough room for everybody. Backyard is amazing, even in December we spent the whole afternoon outside, by the fire. House is very well equipped, comfortable beds. We enjoed our stay very much!

Great Get Away - Perfect place to stay
A well situated older cabin just steps away from so much activity & the public beach & dog beach are a 1 minute walk away. The cabin covered all our needs & more. The back yard & patio fit our crew of six teens comfortably and the two dogs loved the back yard space. Quiet community if you're looking for the perfect place to stay.... I recommend this cozy cabin with all the comforts of home :)

A quiet 6 weeks
We had a very comfortable stay while awaiting the construction of our new place to complete. The house is well stocked and all you need is food and clothes. Not able to use the outdoor amenities, because it was January … I can see this place being attractive for summer lake visitors. Thanks again!

Wonderful vacation.
This is the 3rd time our family have stayed at Brent and Sharon's property. Again we had a wonderful time. We love the location for proximity to the beach (easy walking distance and quieter end of the lake). Their place is so well stocked with beach items, games and kitchenware. They've added a/c in all the bedrooms which was a welcomed surprise. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location
Great house with a quick easy walk to the beach and park. Had every thing we needed including beach supplies. Thankful for the beautiful weather and AC in the bunk room. Was very hot throughout the house though even with fans blowing in the evening.

Beautiful spot
Well appointed house that had everything our family needed for our 1 week stay. Beautiful fenced yard that the kids and dog could play in, short walk to the beach with a wagon to help lighten the load. Beach chairs, pool noodles, many board games, croquet and badminton, no shortage of activities. The comforts of home with the feel of the beach - we hope to return, everyone had a wonderful time.

Cultus Lake May 2021
We changed our location due to COVID restrictions (Mexico initially, then Shuswap Lake, finally Cultus Lake). The cabin is exactly as shown /stated in the advertiising. Clean/Quaint/ relaxing. Everything you need for a break from life! The outside deck and yard is very peaceful and wonderful for night time by the fire. Beds are comfortable and living areas are more than enough for our group of 6. Thank You for the week.

We were very pleased with the property from the moment we came through the door. It is completely and fully contained. Everything you could possibly need is here. The outside deck and yard is amazing. We spent most of our time enjoying this warm and comfortable oasis. What a pleasant surprise to find beach mats, float noodles, beach chairs all available to use at the beach. The croquet set and badminton was a hit. This home has everything!!! A fabulous cozy home nestle in Cultus Lake was awesome!
Very well kept home and was amazed they had some necessities provided which was outstanding. We loved the backyard which was cozy, private that we were in our own bubble due to Covid 19! Felt like we were in our own world and not a worry in the world.

What a great summer vacation spot!
This house is spotlessly clean with a great layout. The pictures don’t do it justice! There is everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, there are games and books and a huge tv. But the real bonus is the outside space. So much living space outside in both the front and back yards. And such a short walk to the lake. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the feedback. We plan to update the gazebo before next summer and address the painting issue with the laundry room ceiling this fall. The laundry room sink drain and door lock problems seem to have been resolved. They may just have been temporary issues.

Wonderful Cottage on Cultus Lake

Excellent property!
We used this property for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids and loved it! Lost of nice touches to make the stay special for us which included sticks to roast marshmallows on the fire pit! Only negative was the water pressure in the shower. Would highly recommend this property and owner.

Great location for family holiday
We again had a good family vacation. The weather wasnt the best but our grandkids always love being there together. When we needed to touch base with the owners on a couple things they were great responding and dealing with our needs. We spent a day at the adventure park and most of the day at the waterslides as part of our traditions. Played lots of the board games that came with the cottage. It is a great location to alot of things and the owners are more than helpful Thanks again
