“Positiv:
Zustand & Sauberkeit:
Angenehmes Publikum, freundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten, gute Produkte im Bad (Atelier Rebul), starkes Wlan. Ich würde wieder kommen.”
“The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station.
If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.”
“I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below
First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00.

The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .”
“Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good.
Ease of visit: We stayed two nights and it was very convenient from the metro to and for the airport and Selçuk (Ephesus).
Food: Breakfast was various options for the food and drink. The food was delicious for us!
Staff: The staff was nice and helpful.”
“I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel.
Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays.
Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice.……
“The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Always greeting us and assisting us with hailing a cab, carrying bags and anything else we needed. Every request was met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive and delicious. We loved the security of the elevator (cannot go to floors without your key card). The location of the hotel was great to get to Kemeralti (the bazaar) or many restaurants and cafés. In addition, walking on the waterfront was lovely. Highly recommend.”
