「Lovely place, great location, and nice rooms! However, the front desk clerk did not tell us you needed to request breakfast the day before. So day of, no breakfast offered even though all the materials at the hotel said complimentary breakfast offered until 10:30am and did not mention needing to alert the desk. Also with the Hotels.com VIP status they were supposed to offer a late checkout and free room upgrade. They did not offer a room upgrade even though there was plenty of availability and...

「Das Hotel ist ein gutes Business Hotel. Das Personal exzeptionell nett. Restaurant hat eine kleine Karte und macht auch spezielle Wünsche möglich. Leider kostet das Wellness extra, was wir bei der Buchung nicht gesehen haben. 」

「Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!」

「Vi holdte 12 dages sommerferie på stedet i july/august. Stedet er meget lokalt og med mange Italienere, og hvis man har små børn med, skal man være klar over, at alt såsom underholdning foregår på Italiensk. Ellers er stedet hyggeligt, og personalet er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Pool og stranden er også i top, og det eneste lille minus må være støjen fra vejen/ togbanen, men det vender man sig til. Kan anbefales herfra! Og igen en ekstra stjerne til personalet.」
