Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was a bit tricky because I was driving a large work van and the car park was very narrow. I stayed in room 16 for 3 nights.

Good value hotel in the centre of Cumnock. Room 5 was large with a sofa. Bed comfortable and fan in room which was needed whilst the UK was in the midst of a heatwave. Staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. Small hotel parking area but on road and free parking nearby if full.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast in the restaurant was OK. No drinking water in the room although there were supplies of hot chocolate, tea and coffee. The hotel parking was down a small alleyway and next to a pub so we decided to park elsewhere and walk in. Looks like there is room to create more secure parking on the disused primary school site.
