Séjour rapide mais très agréable dans la cité piémontaise de Cuneo… une vieille ville charmante et un hôtel splendide où le confort et le savoir vivre rime avec l’excellence du service proposé… n’hésitez surtout pas, l’hôtel est idéalement situé et son restaurant propose une carte savoureuse! Sinceramente mi sono trovato bene. Hotel non particolarmente nuovo come stanze ma ben tenuto e pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile. La signora che è la proprietaria, è stata giustamente gentile e cordiale. Dico “giustamente” perché è una super donna, cioè sembra “dura” e forse un po’ un “generale” ma mi è risultata simpatica e sopratutto molto preparata! Bravi tutti, tornerò!!

Stay here u won’t b disappointed
Checkin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient. Housekeeping was polite and thorough. Breakfast was good with the basics. They made cappuccino & hot chocolate. Now, service. I forget some clothes in the closet so reception packed it and sent it to my home! Got it 3 days later. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and served as a base for Limone. 10/10

Great stay
The hotel is well located (right on the heart of the old town) and is very well kept. Service is good and rooms are quiet and spacious. My only complaint is about the air conditioning which can not be controlled from the room, which makes the room hot at times.

Un hotel gestito bene in periodo di Covid
Ho trovato questo hotel molto valido. Un hotel storico ma rimodernato con gusto, in ottima posizione centrale, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile in macchina. Titolari e personale molto competenti e disponibili ad accontentare il cliente per farlo sentire a suo agio.Ampia disponibilità di tutti ed attenzione al cliente. Complimenti !

Très bel hôtel situé en pleine rue piétonne, très calme. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, très propre. Tout le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très prévenant, le savoir faire italien. Le séjour a été irréprochable. La ville de Cuneo et ses environs sont magnifiques.

Palais chargé d'histoire , excellemment situé dans la zone piétonne rénovée ( plus au calme que les hôtels de la place Galimberti) Possibilité de parking à l'hôtel , ou au parking Boves( surveillé et à coût modique) à 100m Belle chambre avec SDB comportant une grande baignoire ; propreté totale Personne extrêmement avenant et courtois Mais surtout exceptionnel petit-déjeuner avec produits du Piémont ( charcuterie , fromages ,fruits frais , etc) dans une grande salle aux posters évoquant le Piémont Nous avons eu droit au moment de notre départ à un cappuccino sur la terrasse de la rue piétonne ;merci encore
