Beautiful country house with swimming pool, garden, barbecue, covered parking, free wi-fi, air conditioning, renovated in May 2015.
On the first floor, guest apartment with four bedrooms, (two doubles, one triple and one twin), three bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, terrace.
On the ground floor a small kitchen, a living room with a large table, sofa, fireplace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, a private cellar, a large covered veranda, the barbeque and large green spaces.

Sat TV, free internet service with internal and external wifi (pool area). Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, pods and caspule coffee machine, electric water heater, fridge, oven.
Our welcome gift includes seasonal fruit and two bottles of our own wine.

The villa is located on a hill 3 km from the coast, with a splendid view of the sea, the historic center of Cupra Marittima, the hills and mountains of the Marche and Abruzzo regions.
The house is inside a 15 ha property with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. Our crops are organic and certified.
Privacy is guaranteed by its quiet location, 500 m away. from the main road and the nearest houses. The property is accessible by private road, has an exclusive, fenced in salt pool with a large sunbathing area and a shaded roof.
The sea is only 3 km from the house, where the beaches are free and equipped with all services (umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, restaurants, bike rental; sailing and windsurfing schools etc.).
The whole coast called "Riviera delle Palme" is very organized with services for tourists, sea excursions, -mounts -city cities, restaurants and festivals that offer the best of local cuisine at very affordable prices.
All shops and services are present in Cupra Marittima (2,5Km) Grottammare (7Km) and San Benedetto del Tronto (10Km). which also has a railway station for long-distance trains and a marina and fishing boat. In Cupra Marittima there is a railway station and a bus service (also for Rome (about three hours), four times a day).
It is possible to make day trips to the mountains (60-80 Km), to Ascoli Piceno, Urbino, the Frasassi caves, the Gradara Castle, the Tremiti islands, the Conero Riviera in many other interesting places,
The whole house is completely available to guests and the owners, who live in Grottammare, access only occasionally and only during the day (normally once or twice a week) for maintenance and cultivation.
During the month of September, a fixed day a week, we make a small harvest, we press the grapes to produce wine in the cellar on the ground floor. Interested guests can participate and can listen to a lesson on wine preparation methods given by an oenologist.
Participating guests will have 12 free bottles of wine per family.
In October normally the second week, we dedicate one day to the olive harvest and on the same day an inimitable extra virgin olive oil will be produced. The guests present can participate and will have 4 kg of oil per family for free.
