Foi ruin, cafe da manhã as 08:30h da manha já não tinha mais nada pedimos para repor e falaram que ja estavam repondo , esperamos mais de meia hora e não foi reposto nada!! Todos estavam reclamando, as portas dos quartos estavam travando e não abriam!!! As fotos não condizem com a realidade, principalmente do cafe da manhã!!!

Check-in tumultuado.

O estabelecimento realiza check-in às 14:00 e coloca poucos atendentes. O que acabou gerando tumulto para liberação dos quartos de alguns hospedes. Minha família ficou no 1° andar que ao sair do elevador não encontrava a direção do quarto, que em razão disso levou a áreas restritas para funcionários, café da manhã bom e limpeza adequada. Hotel precisa melhorar sua mobília ou realizar higienização em sofás e pisos.

Avaliacao sincera: se voce nao quer passar estresse esse nao é o lugar ideial, definitivamente voce vai ter que resolver um problema ou outro com a recepcao do tipo vaga pro seu carro( eles vao te mandar pra um estacionamento fora do hotel, mesmo que tenha vaga no hotel) ou chuveiro que nao esquenta, ambos os problemas foram resolvidos rapidamente, o que é bom, mas em relacao a vaga, se voce preza pelo seu carro e quer ter certeza que ele estara na vaga do hotel esse nao é o lugar, nos outros dias nao tivemos problema pra estacionar mas ficamos com medo de nao ter vaga quando voltarmos e ter que estacionar em outro endereço. Sobre o quarto em si, nao espere muita coisa é basico pra dormir e antigo sem muita manutençao, limpeza tambem ok, e cafe da manha ok. Enfim pelo preço eu diria que foi uma boa estadia mas nao voltaria novamente por conta dessa incerteza do estacionamento.

Péssima experiência. Precisei limpar a mesa do café e recolher os pratos, xícaras pra poder utilizar o espaço. Estacionamento fora do hotel e pago foi péssimo também, vc tem que caminhar até a outra rua, em um lugar extremamente perigo e pagar pra deixar a chave do seu carro com manobrista.

Revisão em alguns pontos

Referente a manutenção, precisa melhorar bastante em questão de acabamento dos quartos, muita coisa antiga, com muito desgaste. Ar condicionado com peças caindo, televisão com sinal péssimo, fechaduras e cartão magnético das portas com problemas para acessar o quarto. Referente ao atendimento foi satisfatório Referente ao conforto, precisa melhorar bastante, um dos pontos principais foram demora para o aquecimento do chuveiro, tinha que deixar ligado por volta de 30 min para começar a ficar morno.. fora o desperdício de água absurda, dos 4 dias de estádia, tivemos que chamar o técnico 3 vezes, informação técnico é que não tinha o que fazer, precisava ficar ligado. Referente ao café manhã, bem satisfatório.
