「Clean, well appointed, great location」

「Great location unit was very clean . 2minute drive down Shad st to beach access. Community pool is very nice. Will definitely look for this place next year.」

「Clean, no surprises.」

「The property was the perfect size for our family of four. The easy walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood was a plus. Conveniently to shopping and dining. Constructive feedback for future renters to come prepared: no extra pillows or blankets were available, no fans in the bedrooms, the outside storage was shared with the complex. Would rent again.」

「We loved the place and the location was very convenient! My only minor grudge is the L.E.D. light bulb color in most fixtures is too blue/white, I much prefer a soft white/warm color. However the built-in ceiling lights were excellent. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable, the garage was useful as an extra parking space, and having the Salty Rim bar right on the property was fun!」

「The location was prime and convenient. The home was super clean and nicely laid out. Kitchen was large, well stocked and laid out. Owner was very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!」

「Beautiful place. Great location. Though, it was a bit of a walk to the beach, so we drove to access areas. Quick drive to restaurants and entertainment. Pool was amazing and right across from our room.」

「This property was an adorable stay for our family. The pool was conveniently located across the parking lot and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Everything that we needed was either in walking distance or a short drive.」

「Wonderful communications and accommodation, we will be staying here again!」

「Beautiful place. Clean and well decorated! Has pretty much everything you need. Can’t beat the location! Each bedroom with its own bathroom is soooo nice for our family. Love being able to use the garage. Also has chairs and a wagon for the beach which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back!」

「Great location - walking distance to ocean, sound & sports center. Well equipped & everything in good working order.」

「Cannot recommend this rental highly enough. The location is ideal, walking distance to beach-even with two littles! The unit is immaculately clean and full of thoughtful features (well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, etc). We loved having access to the pool and fitness center! We can’t wait to come back!」

「Exactly what we needed」

「This property is third floor condo and you barely feel like you’re making the stairs! It has an incredible porch with a pool view, and is so convenient to groceries, treats and local things to do in Corolla. The walk to the beach is incredibly short and easy and the beach was not at all crowded. We had no trouble parking the GMC in the car port. I can’t say enough about all the “extras” available - we didn’t use them all, but enough games and books and outside activities to keep you busy. I...

「Gorgeous property, centrally located to all the best things in Corolla! The house is fully stocked with everything you need to have an amazing vacation…We couldn’t be happier with our stay here, we would return again in a heartbeat! Our host Marcy was responsive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book this trip」
