“The check in was very timely. The door access code was NOT correct. It took over 30 minutes to get the emergency/after hours rep to call me back. After exhausting all over writing codes, the door could not be opened. We had to have a Tech come to the locations and reset the door access lock and input a new access code. This took around two hours to complete. This caused us to be late for our dinner meeting with our daughter and family. Also, the Master bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet bowl……

“The house was very clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our trip easier. The location could not be beat, with a pool inside the community and within walking distance to the beach. There’s a place to stop and rinse off on the way back from the beach and the beach is handicap accessible which made it easy for pulling a wagon with our toddler. The restaurant on site was also great. We had margaritas delivered to the pool and they were excellent. Great trip and would……
