It is also well situated for heading out for day trips to explore many of the recreational and scenic locations in the region. "The cottage was perfect for a quick visit. Upon arrival, the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Internet speed was excellent. Loved the fire pit by the lake! Unfortunately did not have time to fish. Location is perfect to access several UP attractions. Highly recommend!"

"Host could have at least provided water of some sort. Smelled musty, no dishes or utensils not even cups for coffee, if I wanted to do dishes couldn't even do that as there was not kitchen towels or wash cloths provided. Fire pit but no wood. I'm not sure what a cleaning fee is for. There is nothing to clean. Beds are just mattresses on floor with fitted sheet. Overall 0 stars"
