「I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

「Nice gem in the middle of sacred valley, we stayed at the luxury suite, and they were quite nice for the location and price. Excellent value for money. The hotel is quite isolated from the city and there is pretty much nothing to do around the area. Breakfast was boring, no quality food options and the taste was bland」

「This is an outstanding option in the budget to mid range and only ten minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The rooms feel recently renovated and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highlights include great breakfast and a secure entrance located in a gated alley just off C.Belen. An unexpected benefit is the perspective this offers on a more pedestrian area of the city just outside the tourist zone. Recommended. Restaurant options are limited to Pizza but you can est elsewhere and take it...

「Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「酒店職員非常幫到手 基本上任何問題都l解決到 我去完machupicchu再入住 因鐵路延誤 所以當晚凌晨先到達酒店 但職員已將行李放入房內 第二日又早退房 職員貼心幫我預備埋早餐拎走 十 真係非常好」
