Location away from everything

Location is far from the historic district and closer to airport. If you’re looking to be closer to restaurants and shops, then this is not the place. We booked this hotel since we were looking for a spa, but you can find multiple spa services in the downtown area

I wanted a property that hit my checklist. Comfortable bed, cold room with A/C, a hot shower, safety, and pleasant appearance- this hotel did that. The location was ok; a taxi ride took you to wherever you wanted to go. This hotel works, and I recommend it to anyone. It also had a breakfast, a bar with cocktails, and room service. I was delighted.

Could have been better

The hotel is nice - the bed was comfortable and the shower, hot. The rating would have been better if they did not: (1) make the bed without asking me, (2) take a towel from the room and it took most an hour to get it replaced and (3) say that the restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm but no one was there when we arrived at 1pm. The staff is friendly but seem to be overworked.

The property was OK, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness really made up for any shortcomings. If you're looking for a simple place to spend hte night, I'd recommend it. For a longer stay and you'd like more amenities and ho water on demand, I would not.

Hotel Paradis is good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable and quite nice, and the staff provided excellent service. The facilities were not great which was fine with us because we didn’t spend much time in the hotel (eg the bar and restaurant did not provide good options so we only used these once). The location is not central, however it’s a 10-15 minute and very very cheap Uber to get to the main part of the city.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel value, the service was excellent and location was safe and quiet. We had exceptional customer service from Herson, whom went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pictures on the website were not all accurate but we were happy with our stay.
