Great location away from Plaza de Armas. Very quiet and clean. Nice hot showers any time of the day. Very safe with friendly staff. Highly recommended. Multiple. Breakfast and evening restaurants almost across the street.

A pousada é uma graça, um ambiente tão agradável com uma energia maravilhosa. Você é recebido com chá de coca. O quarto que ficamos era bem apertadinho, mas tudo tão aconchegante que isso pouco importava. Sentimos muito por não termos achado vaga para mais dias, com certeza seria nossa primeira opção! E por alguns dólares pode incluir café da manhã, delicioso. Todo o atendimento da pousada é excelente, desde recepção, pessoal da cozinha, tudo! Limpeza excelente, não via um pó. Super pertinho de tudo!

A nice hotel to rest for few nights before heading to the mountains. Nice hot water for shower, comfy beds, good internet. However only odd and uncomfortable encounter we had was in the early morning like 4am a staff came into our room while we were asleep without knock. Not sure if she came to clean but she said something in Spanish and left. But we stun at the situation and unable to go back to sleep. We report the incident to the front desk later that morning, they said they would investigate abs the matter did not occur again. Other than that good

Before arriving, I communicated with the hotel about arranging airport pickup. I sent them my flight info beforehand but when I arrived at the airport, nobody picked me up. I contacted the hotel and it seemed like they forgot to arrange for my pickup, which was a huge red flag. After hiring a taxi on my own, I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient with check in but didn’t acknowledge the airport pickup mistake until I brought it up. I stayed in room 103 and it was super noisy at night. You can literally here everyone walking and talking outside in the hallway as noise echoes. Very unpleasant and none of us were able to get a good night’s rest 3 nights there. The location was desirable as it was not too close to the main square but only an 8 soles Uber ride each way that took about 10 min. One thing that was positive is their express laundry service. They charge 15 soles for every kg of laundry and it takes about 3 hours to complete. All of our clothes were cleaned in the promised time, so we were grateful about that part. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel. It’s just too noisy at night and the walls are too thin.

Charming little hotel in a nice area. Very clean. Small rooms but comfortable. Street is a little loud at night if you keep the windows open for ventilation. Great views of Cusco from many streets around the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Overall good experience!

My family stayed at Mistico San Blas for a week and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very cute and the staff headed by Mari were very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was in a great and safe area near restaurants and shops so that was a plus as well.

Great place with fantastic Staff
Very friendly and helpful Staff, we came back from a 4 Day Hike late and the managed to get our clothe washed and back early the next morning. Mari takes wonderful care of the Breakfast Area where you get fresh Juices and Eggs among other items. Coca Tea is available during the day to help with the altitude. Would stay there again.

Quiet and very well equipped little hotel. Very helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Super shower with big rainfall shower head and lots of hot water. Eat at the fantastic PachaPapa restaurant nearby. I highly recommend the Mistico San Blas hotel. It's an oasis in Cusco, Many hotels in the town can be noisy but the Mistico is super quiet and it has a great enclosed patio for relaxing. They have a big secure luggage roon where we left our bags after check out as we flew out later in the afternoon. I hope to return soon

Belynn at the front dest was awesome! She made sure our needs were met daily, provided local information, arranged laundry service after trekking for 5 days, stored our bags and more. MaryLou greeted us every morning for breakfast. She made eggs to order along with a variety of other food offerings. She was friendly, professional, it was great to talk with her.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, el cuarto que me tocó estaba un poco chico, pero super cómoda la cama y tenía todo lo que necesitaba, la atención del personal es excepcional, el desayuno fue bueno, soy vegana entonces mis opciones eran fruta, jugo, tes, pan con aguacate, tomate y pepino. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de plaza de Armas, solo que está de subida la calle y muy estrecha, pero si pasan los vehículos. Lo único malo que pudiera decir es que había una pareja discutiendo en la noche en el piso de arriba y se escuchaba todo.

Mal, cuando reserve en hotels.con incluía desayuno. Al llegar me indicaron que no incluía y me cobraron aparte. Me dijeron que ellos me cobraron 35% menos de lo q pagué a hotels.com y que esa tarifa era muy baja para ellos. No limpiaron la habitación. Pedí papel y con las justas me dieron un rollo a medio uso. Acceso al lugar es muy difícil era mejor caminar porque en taxi tomaba 20 minutos pasar puntos de tráfico.

The hotel premises were very nice and accessible. The personnel was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ms. Belen in particular went above and beyond trying to help secure last minute tickets to enter Machu Picchu. Overall, great experience and great staff. Highly recommend.
