All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠
