"A aparência do hotel é ruim. O espaço do café da manhã é desagradável e te faz perder a vontade de comer. O andar em que fiquei estava muito sujo por causa de uma reforma no elevador. A aparência do quarto é desagradável.
Na minha primeira noite perguntei ao recepcionista onde tinha um lanchonete e ele disse que não sabia de nenhuma nas proximidades e ele me desaconselhou a sair do hotel porque a região era muito perigosa.
No outro dia descobri que o teatro amazonas ficava a cerca de trezentos...

The staff were nice and provided information and help with everything we needed. The room was clean but really small. Everything worked as expected in the room.
