Smart Brickell Hotel
One of the pools was out of service. Our balcony door wouldn’t close. The couch bed was concave and squeaky. It was so uncomfortable. They changed the price of valet parking and wouldn’t honor the rate when we booked. It was also supposed to have free breakfast… that was a lie. Staff was rude and ...
