The antique house was completely renovated and extended in 2017, it is located in a beautiful garden in a green landscape. The luxury villa of 110 sq meter, with a beautiful swimming pool (4 x 13 m) is located 6 km from the historic town of Galatina, between the enchanting Gallipoli and the easternmost point of Italy, Otranto.
Villa with huge garden, with numerous palm trees, oranges, lemons, bananas, figs, peaches, apricots, plums, pomegranates, persimmons, nespole, nuts, almonds.
The villa has its own 70 sq meter terrace with a view of an organic vineyard and the countryside and several garden seating areas under trees and palm trees.
Quietly situated, but not remote, ideal with children or for older people. With WiFi and internet connection. A car is required for shopping and for all beautiful excursions. It's a little paradise.
There are hundreds of excursion possibilities nearby, very beautiful landscapes, thousand-year-old villages, historical architecture, excellent cuisine and beguiling wines. Let yourself be seduced and immerse yourself ... Relaxation, oxygen, culture, Zen, natural flavours, wellness for you.

Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert für einen traumhaften Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbarer Villa. Der Ort ist fast von magischer Schönheit, inmitten eines riesigen Gartens. Das Haus bietet fast alles was man sich vorstellen kann, tolle Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf Palmen, ein traumhaftes Badezimmer (ich hätte gerne so eines zu Hause!) und eine gut eingerichtete Küche, die wir zwar nur fürs Frühstück verwendet haben, da wir in nahe gelegenem Restaurant fein gegessen haben. Zusätzlich hat es eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung die bis in alle Details sehr fein ist. Das Wetter war sehr sonnig und auch noch warm, Nachts wurde es eher kühl, wir hatten jedoch ein warm aufgeheiztes Haus, sehr wohlig. Danke auch dem Hausbesitzer für seine kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit! Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit um alles ausreichend zu geniessen, planen auf alle Fälle wieder zu kommen, und uns sicher mehr Zeit zu nehmen. Kurz gesagt: sehr empfehlenswert für einen traumhaften Aufenthalt.
